**What We’re Looking For**

Are you an experienced Insurance Advisor looking to earn a good income?

Our Auto Division is seeking a client-focused** Insurance Advisor** for our **Willowbrook branch**, centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role will be supporting one of our Auto Account Managers. This is your opportunity to become part of an industry leading team today

**Requirements**:

- Level 2 preferred
- 1-2 years Auto Insurance experience
- Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Sales initiative and drive
- Exceptional customer service skills

**A Day in the Life**
- Preparing and processing all documentation for ICBC and private auto renewals
- Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto Sales production
- Committing to remaining connected to HUB International in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of HUB.
- Interpreting and ensuring that insurer (ICBC, CNS Family, etc.) and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed.
- Handling any customer complaints appropriately
- Ensuring control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds
- Continuing professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
