Kitchen staff **is responsible for storage and preparation of all food products according to Bingemans specifications and practices. Kitchen staff is responsible for maintaining proper levels of prepared products. Further they will be responsible for the assembly, cooking and serving the food to customers.

**What will you be doing?**
- Kitchen staff is responsible to ensure that products are properly dated, rotated and stored to ensure food safety.
- Kitchen staff must have a complete working knowledge of menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
- Kitchen staff will ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with recipes and assembly manuals.
- The organization and cleanliness will be a top priority of the cook and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following his/her shift.
- Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful kitchen staff.

- Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.
- Must have previous experience in customer service, food services.
- Flexible to work various shifts (including days, evening and weekends).
