- Screampark. In October, the Oktoberfest Kool Haus is home to thousands of guests to celebrate KW Oktoberfest (North America's largest Bavarian festival).
- Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences
- This position is located at Boston Pizza at Bingemans.

**What will you be doing?**
- Load, run and unload dish machine.
- Wash dishes using sink method.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Wash and store all kitchenware.
- Keep dish room clean and organized.
- Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with receiving and shipping if required.
- Clean ovens and industrial kitchen equipment as required.
- General cleaning duties.
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
- Other tasks as required by management or leadership.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
- Heavy lifting.
- Adapt easily to working in different situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of dish machine operations and cleaning maintenance.
- Must have previous experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Flexible to work various shifts (including days, evening and weekends). Mainly Thursday to Sunday.
