**What you will be doing**:

- Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR) for designated stores, identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions to reduce risks.
- Review and ensure compliance with all store-level paperwork and system processes.
- Analyze financial and inventory records to prepare store performance reports in support of Quality Assurance Reviews.
- Collaborate with RSC departments and field operational leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform process audits to confirm adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support business partners on process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Rexall Standard Operating Procedures, including Front Store, Pharmacy, Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy, Home Health Care and Post Office operations.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on Quality Assurance findings and progress for sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and training to employees to strengthen their understanding of and adherence to quality processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC.

**How you will succeed**:

- College Diploma as Pharmacy Assistant, in Business or Accounting preferred.
- 3-5 years of related experience; pharmacy assistant background is an asset.
- Strong ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on employees and development.
- Advanced analytical and investigative skills for identifying and solving issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and general computer software navigation.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and best practices within a retail environment, including both pharmacy and front store operations.
