FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. **a day in the life**:
Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Finance the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for:

- Preparing reporting on Operating Plan Program performance for monthly and quarterly deliverables.
- Collecting and managing the Operating Plan Program data during the Annual Operating Plan process.
- Providing insights for decision making by ensuring the accuracy and fairly presentation of consolidated data.
- Providing ad-hoc support to FP&A and cross-functional partners.
- Driving process & tool improvements for Operating Plan Programs

**qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience within a large corporation.
- Able to understand and link strategy to the underlying drivers of the business.
- Proven high-level analytical thinker and creative problem-solver, and ability to work within fast-paced business environments.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
