From design to production, we utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to help our clients achieve their product development goals. You will be responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models. As a **CNC Machinist **you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines, adhering to health and safety requirements, and customer satisfaction.

- Responsibilities:_
- Import, manipulate, and process 3D models.
- Run preprogrammed machine, sharpen drills & check tolerance
- Use tools and machinery provided; program, setup and operate the CNC machine using Lemoine software.
- Machine 2D features mold plates, components, cores and cavities
- Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time quality.
- Complete checklists and report deviations from specified tolerances
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs
- Assist in the repair of machine tools and parts, as needed
- Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions, initiating repair work orders, etc.
- Participate in required meetings and training, as requested
- Qualifications:_
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Three (3) years of related experience operating CNC, boring mill and gun drill
- Three (3) years experience programming CNC machines
- Three (3+) years of Lemoine software experience is essential
- Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in time management and communication skills
