**Sales Representative**

We are looking for an experienced sales account representative to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of sales account rep include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

**Responsibilities for Sales Representative**
- Manage accounts for long-term success
- Develop strong, ongoing rapport with clients and prospects
- Maintain good communication with clients; respond to their requests/inquiries and escalate if required
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and develop new sales opportunities
- Prepare reports on accounts and transactions
- Develop new sales opportunities and supervise sales activities
- Prepare and design promotions to increase sales transactions
- Support retail sales; track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Work closely between operational administrators and clients to ensure smooth payment
- Meet and/or exceed quotas

**Qualifications for Sales Representative**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Representative or Sales Account Manager
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Business acumen with a problem solving attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

All customers are required to wear a mask and common surfaces are sanitized regularly. All existing office members are fully vaccinated.

- Toronto, ON M1V 0E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
