Flooring Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products, mainly in flooring dept.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service in flooring industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with inside sales and upselling techniques is beneficial
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- flooring sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
