an Associate Superintendent of Schools. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and
success of our diverse and thriving school community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Associate Superintendent of Schools, you will be crucial in working closely with the
Superintendent to ensure that Almadina students reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will
include:
1. **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the Superintendent in developing and implementing
strategic initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience for Almadina students.

2. **Student Success**: Champion student success by fostering an environment that promotes
academic achievement, character development, and overall well-being.

3. **Curriculum Development**: Contribute to developing and enhancing the curriculum to meet the
evolving needs of our diverse student body.

4. **Teacher Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative and supportive culture among teachers, providing
guidance and professional development opportunities to ensure excellence in teaching
practices.

5. **Community Engagement**: Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to build
strong partnerships that contribute to the success of our students.

6. **Innovative Solutions**: Identify and implement innovative educational solutions to address our
school community's unique challenges and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Extensive experience in educational leadership, preferably as a Principal or Assistant
- Superintendent.- Strong knowledge of the Alberta education system and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
