Sous la supervision de la directrice des ressources humaines, le CRH offre un service de qualité à l’ensemble des employés du groupe QUALTECH. Il exerce un rôle de support et de conseil auprès des membres du personnel et agit à titre de généraliste en ressources humaines. **Volet attraction et rétention**
- Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers d’employé.
- Produire différents documents d’emploi.
- Préparer le journal interne hebdomadaire.
- Gérer et assurer le suivi du programme d’apprentissage en milieu de travail (PAMT).
- Participer activement à l’organisation des activités sociales de la compagnie.
- Participer au développement de la marque employeur ainsi qu’au marketing RH.
- Agir à titre de support au conseiller en recrutement (cycle complet de la dotation).

**Volet dossiers RH**
- Supporter le processus complet d’évaluation annuelle et en assurer le suivi.
- Appliquer et assurer le suivi des politiques de rémunération (salaire, équité, bonification, etc.).
- Agir en tant que personne-ressources en ce qui a trait aux assurances collectives, au REER / RPDB et au 401K.
- Appliquer et assurer le suivi des politiques relatives aux congés (vacances, naissance, deuil, obligation familiale, etc.)
- Effectuer le suivi administratif des dossiers d’invalidité.
- Accompagner les gestionnaires dans la gestion des cas.

**Volet stratégique**
- Pousser le département, par des idées innovantes et créatives, à se démarquer et à gagner en efficacité.
- Participer activement au développement des outils de travail.
- Appliquer, expliquer, mettre à jour et développer les politiques RH.

**Profil recherché**
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de généraliste.
- Connaissance des lois et règlements liés aux volets ci-haut mentionnés, au Québec.
- Connaissance des lois et règlements liés aux volets ci-haut mentionnés, en Ontario et Alberta (atout).
- Connaissance des lois et règlements liés aux volets ci-haut mentionnés, en Californie (atout).
- Expérience dans un environnement multi-sites.
- Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements professionnels (séjours de maximum 2 jours) dans différentes régions du Québec (1 à 2 fois par mois), ainsi qu’occasionnellement à Toronto.
- Très bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Maîtrise du français et très bonne connaissance de l’anglais (oral et écrit) afin de pouvoir échanger avec les employés anglophones.
