**Program Manager Responsibilities**

Delivery Leadership of a large divisional scaled SAP implementation in Finance, Procurement, Project & Portfolio management and end to end Supply Chain, Packaging, and Distribution, supported by Clinical Trials specific solutions such as iCSM
- Coordinating Thermo Fisher IT Delivery Leaders across the organizations
- Team Engagement
- Tracking and Metrics Reporting for Thermo Fisher IT Delivery Leads
- Program HALO business function satisfaction
- Being a change leader for Industry leading implementation methods and tools

- Create and manage long-term program goals in the IT space.
- Develop and control an IT budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Manage a matrixed team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensure goals are met regarding customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
- Implement and manage changes to ensure overall program goals are achieved.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyze program risks and manage cross-project dependencies to minimize impact.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple project managers and project coordinators as defined by the program strategy. Evaluate project managers and other staff as needed.

**Program Manager Requirements**
- Thorough understanding of the SAP technology in life sciences and how it shapes and defines strategies to help companies deliver on shareholder expectations (Revenue, Operating Margin, and/or Customer Satisfaction)
- Track record in leading successful SAP ERP implementation programs
- Demonstrated experience executing Finance, Procurement, Project & Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Packaging & Distribution projects.
- Team building skills.
- Resource management
- Lean Management Principles
- Progressively increasing responsibility managing projects and programs in Information Technology as it applies to healthcare (Biotech, Pharma, Medical Device, etc)
- Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, managing managers
- Thorough understanding of project management methods and best practices based on demonstration of a proven track-record of project and program delivery.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree, a must. Master’s degree preferred in IT, Engineering, or related field.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $47,720.14-$115,895.58 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
