**About the team**:
Challenge yourself by selling the intrinsic value of software solutions to our customers. Grow with one of the most successful field sales organizations in the world as a HCM Sales Development Executive.

The primary responsibility of the HCM Sales Development Representative is to build pipeline and uncover new opportunities for our field sales organization within the SuccessFactors line of business. The HCM Sales Development Representative partners with Account Executives on account strategy while leveraging SAP’s internal resources to help drive opportunities to closure.

The intent of this role is to develop top talent to be hired within SAP, which offers immense opportunities and areas for growth.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - HCM Sales Development**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Internship Duration: 12 months**

**In this role, you’ll**:
We are looking for people who are eager to learn, creative and resourceful in getting things to work, and who are able to work independently and collaboratively. You are expected to:

- Creating and prioritizing strategic social, cold-calling and prospecting initiatives to generate new business qualified opportunities to build sales pipeline
- Conducting high level qualifying conversations with our core audience in a consultative approach over the telephone.
- Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects within defined territories/vertical segments
- Create and execute marketing events to drive awareness of SAP SuccessFactors in Canada
- Build and develop a social presence for yourself and company
- Building cross-departmental trusted relationships and understanding operational business processes/challenges linked to the corporate strategic goals of our prospective customers and connecting these with the HCM Cloud/SuccessFactors portfolio of solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding pipeline contribution and sourced bookings quota to help accelerate revenue growth
- Identifying key buying influencers within prospects to determine budget and timeline
- Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting appropriate follow-up in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Recent University Graduate with interest in pursuing a career in sales or marketing
- Experience in previous sales, marketing or online initiatives
- Proficiency in the French Language is a requirement
