**Responsibilities**:
1. Process and verify incoming invoices, bills, and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.

3. Code and enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

5. Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

6. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation.

7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations.

8. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.

9. Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

8. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.

9. Familiarity with ERP systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
