- Maintenance of the facility,
- League organization and operation,
- Preparing reports,
- Scheduling of staff and events,
- Preparing and managing financial and bank records and health and safety.

**Additional Skills and/or Certification Required**:

- Secondary school education or post-secondary education in related field (recreation, hospitality), business or office adminitration would be an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset,
- Applicant must have experience with computers ie : word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Applicants must have their Smart Serve certification,
- Valid unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Applicant must have a satisfactory poilice check for vulnerable persons.
