**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Exam Registration**:

- Process registration confirmations.
- Creates class lists.
- Add and process corporate registrations.

**Exam Administration**:

- Provide problem resolution for in person, online proctored & computer-based examinations, ID and documentation issues, special accommodations due to medical issues etc.
- Schedule exam proctors (backup for Testing Coordinator).
- Training of new in person examination proctors.
- Book examinations rooms and venues.
- Report issues/conflicts/discrepancies to the project manager.
- Provide client lists to satellite testing locations.
- Verify documentation of returned examination packages and mark exams.
- Pull exam mark reports from online exams.
- Troubleshoot examination marking issues.
- Upload marks to the regulators.
- Coordinate special accommodation request with exam centres & online proctors.
- Review video and report on potential exam integrity issues & to retrieve marks from online exams.
- Update the testing policy pages on the web to ensure accurate session and registration information is present (English and French).
- Maintain exam files according to college Records Management policies.

**Exam Sessions**:

- Produce required paper exams and proctor packages for sessions.
- Prepare and ship exam packages and materials for various sites.
- Upload digital exam versions to database for use in Online Exams.
- Prepare testing room prior to schedules examination and meet proctors.
- Prepare examination packaging including Scantron sheets, client lists, signoff sheets etc.
- Set up computer-based exams in LMS.
- Coordinates the examination sessions for multiple testing sites (backup for Testing Coordinator).
- Updates website to reflect testing dates, locations and information.
- Order exam materials based on needs (ie exam booklets, scantron forms etc).

**Other duties as assigned**:

- Back-up for general reception.
- Prepare monthly credit card deposits report for the division.
- Prepare Purolator shipments as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Two-year diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer relations role that requires a high degree of problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task and proven track record of handling confidential information.
- Excellent analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with team members.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Skills

Starting Rate: $26.47 Four Year Rate: $30.69

Hours: 35 hours per week (1) one hour lunch; Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
