ProShop is a game-changing ERP/MES/QMS software product we call a Digital Manufacturing Ecosystem (DME) specifically for companies in the metalworking and aerospace industry, such as machine shops, fab shops, and other similar businesses. This position works and collaborates with members of the Cybersecurity team, as well as our IT-Ops team, and employees throughout the organization. Our Cybersecurity team is responsible for keeping the digital security of our company up-to-date. You will help implement new protocols, help maintain our security tooling, investigate and resolve reported and discovered security events, provide security support for ProShop Employees, and maintain a focus on continual improvement of our Security Architecture. We’re looking for an optimistic problem solver who loves to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Security and Compliance Manager in their efforts to ensure all activities serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identify and execute improvements for security processes, and ensure security is embedded in all business systems.
- Evaluate and implement security solutions in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team.
- Investigate security incidents/events as they arise, and under the direction of the Cybersecurity team.
- Work with the cybersecurity team on incident response playbooks, and assist in tabletop exercises.
- Write documentation around existing processes, and contribute to the design of future processes and protocols.
- Identify and logically interpret system security requirements.
- Assist with All-Company team Cybersecurity training and 1-1 security support when directed.
- Assist with asset management, including identifying unmanaged assets and coalescing data sources to the master list.
- Develop technical solutions and research new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate tasks under the direction of the Cybersecurity team.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of working experience in Cybersecurity
- Understanding of foundational cybersecurity concepts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of information security standards, such as NIST800-171 or ISO2700X
- Familiarity with Security Tools preferred, such as Splunk or Automox
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Certification preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to a range of folks with differing technical backgrounds
- A “document everything” mindset

**Salary Range**: Compensation based on role, skills, and experience.
