We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our Prêt-à-Table kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and kitchen operations, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards for quality and consistency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production starting at 4:00 AM to ensure timely preparation and delivery of lunchboxes.
- Develop and refine recipes and menus in alignment with our brand and client preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure professional growth and performance.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a commercial kitchen.
- Expertise in meal preparation and large-scale production, preferably in a catering or meal delivery setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.
- Passion for delivering exceptional meals and maintaining high culinary standards.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
