Clients are primarily media agency buyers/planners that represent Hospital Networks, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device companies. We own over 20 health resource sites, and partner with over 2,000 health sites, resulting in over 100 million health content webpages to reach 2.6 million Healthcare Professionals in our database (by specialty and location), and 90% of US consumers, patients, and caregivers.

We are looking to fill the role of **Associate Digital Marketing Consultant**. This is a results-oriented person who is enthusiastic about learning about Digital Marketing and focusing on developing, nurturing, and proposing solutions, and eventually executing digital campaigns for our clients.

In this marketing role, you will be part of a dynamic team with the opportunity to develop and hone your skills through training, mentorships, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be trained on Data Targeting Methodologies, Leveraging Different Digital Tactics and Solution Selling to the Healthcare industry.

Expect to wear multiple hats to bring value to the company and to determine the right career path for you. You will be joining a team of like-minded Digital Marketing Consultants, Customer Success and Technology experts bringing solutions to our large, branded Healthcare clients.

**Your first six months will be about learning and developing your skills in a team environment**:

- Organize replies to incoming queries and set up meetings with prospective clients

**The following six months will be about taking your skills to the next level working with major clients throughout the US**
- Learn how to present our offerings and uncover new opportunities
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for digital advertising campaigns budgeted from US$50,000 to millions of US dollars.
- Provide Solutions to major pharmaceutical and medical device companies and their media agencies
- Working on Proposals and responses to Request for Proposals
- Responding to Day-to-Day Client Needs
- Face-to-face meetings (New York, Chicago, etc)
- Coordinating Campaign Management with Technical Staff

**Qualifications**:

- MUST BE: Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
- MUST: Identify as a Woman
- MUST: Be under 30 years old
- MUST HAVE: Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- MUST HAVE: Strong Organization and Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Business Degree Preferred, BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and media agencies is a definite asset
- Technical Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to travel to the US is essential
