Calgary, Canada Local Retail Stores Full time

We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to take on this role as the General Manager.

**However, you DO NOT need any experience with photography**. We will teach you all of this in a very short time frame. The ONLY thing we're looking for is someone with previous mangerial experience and willing to work hard.

Qualifications:

- Must have a car and be able to drive to all 3 locations (working at 2 or 3 of the locations each month)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies

Below are the responsibilities of this position. This is not a complete list, so there may be more duties. However, this will give you a good idea of what most of your work will consist of.

**Responsibilities**:

- Going above and beyond to give great service to customers
- always looking for opportunities to improve the current way things are done.
- you are good at talking to people and selling.
- work in the business, but also watch for opportunities,
- Maintaining operations: if something breaks at one studio, you will go there and fix it, making sure all systems are running smoothly. Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Employee management: creating schedules, dealing with employees and making sure employees they are happy, finding replacements for anyone who is sick and more.
- Increasing sales: You are interested in tracking and improving sales. Testing new products, offers and sales processes.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
