What will you do?
- Professionally install water heater and tankless equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes and company standards
- The replacement or repair of leaking water heaters, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Providing superior customer service (i.e. execution of “The Right Call” process)
- Educating customers, providing options and making recommendations
- Explain, educate and promote the value of Reliance’s products, services and programs on every call.
- Contribute to business growth by lead generation

What do you bring?
- Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must have Gas license.
- Must adhere to all safety rules.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Explain the benefits of newer high efficient equipment to the customer.
- Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
- Must have at least a Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Must be willing to promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
- Must be able to progress through all classifications of this position.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
- Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.
- Experience with generating HVAC leads and enrolling customers in new service plans is an asset
- Ability and experience in promoting new lines of business with COD and current customers.
