As a Gas Fitter Journeyman, you are responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting temporary heating solutions. **What you'll do**:

- Install, troubleshoot, service and perform repairs on construction heaters & related heating equipment both in the shop and on customer job sites
- Perform all work according to our Safety program at all times
- Develop apprentice Gasfitters if required
- Work as part of a team to achieve our corporate and branch goals
- Drive to and from construction/client sites on a regular basis in a safe manner
- Other duties assigned as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be an 'A' ticket Gasfitter
- Mechanically Inclined
- Experience working with propane is a plus
- Strong trouble shooting experience and a desire to solve complex problems
- Adaptable to working independently as well as part of a cohesive team
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in any weather
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
