ConnectWell Community Health is hiring two Autism Program Facilitators/Program Assistants. This is an hourly position that includes HOOPP.

**Position Summary**:
ConnectWell Community Health partners with ACT Learning Centre to provide the Entry to School Program in Lanark, Leeds & Grenville Counties (a school readiness program funded under the Early Years Pillar of the Ontario Autism Program). This joint role will have the Program Facilitator leading the classroom program and with a multi-disciplinary team, providing a learning environment for autistic children, under the supervision and guidance of supervisory professionals. The Program Assistant role provides support in clinical programs for children and youth with ASD and may lead in other recreational programs. They will provide a positive & inclusive environment for children to learn and practice skills and may offer parent coaching, participate in specialized workshops & resource development in Consultation with other professionals in Autism Services.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Communicative Disorders Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Behavioural Science or Autism Services.
- Preference for additional Autism and Behavioural Sciences Graduate Certificate
- Experience working collaboratively with other clinical professionals
- Comfortable with technology, including video conferencing technology
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
- Experience working with children/youth with ASD
- Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead an Entry to School classroom of autistic pediatric clients as part of a program team
- Work collaboratively with a team of supervisory professionals (SLP, OT, BCBA, BC)
- Creatively problem-solve to provide individualized treatment programs
- Organize, lead and participate in group programs, parent education, behavioural intervention
- Other duties as assigned outside of classroom program hours

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
