**Site Supervisor - Role Summary**

**Are you ready be part of a team that redefines how the world is constructed?**

Well-structured construction company seeks extremely talented Site Supervisors to lead construction site activities for residential custom home projects. You must have experience with task management, hands-on framing and carpentry, reading architectural drawings, proficient in understanding building codes, proficient in understanding quality installation methods, extreme attention to detail, teamwork, and coordination.

Top-notch quality control, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

You should have a diploma in construction technology, construction management, gold seal certification or equivalent. Familiarly with risk management and continuous improvement would be helpful but is not necessary.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers.

Must be willing to relocate to the Ontario area.

Compensation will include hourly wages with performance bonuses for hitting key objectives.

**Mission for Site Supervisor**:

- To lead subcontractors and on-site activities to be completed with extreme quality control, update tasks management software daily, identify quality issues or potential risks, maintain installation budgets, schedule subcontractors, maintain project schedule and timelines, complete hands-on work where required, maintain a clean and safe job site, while achieving 100% design criteria with quality. This position is for someone who likes to be consistently challenged to improve and learning. _

**Qualifications & Skillset Required**:
5+ Years of Framing Experience.

5+ Years of Carpentry Experiences.

5+ Years of Site Supervising Experience.

Solid Understanding of Construction Processes, Regulations, and Building Codes.

Ability to Read Architectural and Engineering Drawings.

Extreme Precision to Detail and Quality Control.

Proficient in Jobsite Management Technology.

Teamwork & Collaboration.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Able to stand for long periods and lift to 100lbs.

Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
