**Job Summary**
**Essential Duties**
- Define and execute PPC strategies to drive growth and increase online visibility.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns and landing pages to increase return on investment (ROI).
- Grow PPC campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and YouTube.
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize spend.
- Lead the ideation and execution of A/B testing and conversion path optimizations to improve funnel conversion rates.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting on all KPIs and communicate to stakeholders.
- Recommend and execute creative new growth initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5 years of digital marketing experience
- B2B marketing experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Knowledge of analytics/tracking tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo, or similar platforms
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Leader and self-starter
- Highly collaborative
- Advanced understanding of direct marketing KPIs and ROI analysis
- In-depth data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
