Trackunit is now looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our newly formed Customer Office in which you will work as strategist and advisor towards 1-2 of our strategic customers, helping them drive value and business impact from Trackunit’s products through a program
- and consultative approach.
The Strategic Customer Success team is a customer-facing team that helps our top-end customers solve some of their most difficult challenges through strategic advisory, visioning, ideation, storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market validation and experimentation.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Work with C-level executives, solve the industry’s toughest challenges, and provide actionable recommendations leveraging the Trackunit platform
- Collaborate with customers to pursue innovative business opportunities, design viable business models, and build hands-on roadmaps around those
- Fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Trackunit’s product offering to customers. Communicate these in presentations and proposals
- Build deep relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, identify and establish new partnerships that can deliver value for our customers and long-term growth for Trackunit
- Work in small teams with colleagues and strategic customers to build the strategies, capabilities, products, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained
- Successfully plan and execute programs for strategic customers to drive business value, customer satisfaction, and adoption while mitigating associated risks

**Who are you?**
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience from a similar position or role, e.g. as a management consultant, strategic advisor, or engagement manager
- You have a strong record of academic achievement and a clear demonstration of leadership in a work setting
- You thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with an active feedback culture
- You may have B2B SaaS experience or experience from running digital business transformation initiatives
- Problem-solving and critical reasoning skills
- Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written skills in English
- Comfortable with significant customer interaction and interest in building relationships
- Comfortable with travel
