**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**What you'll do**:

- Interns will have an opportunity to contribute in a variety of duties such as creating reports and dashboard and administrative tasks
- Responsible for assisting Staff with short-term projects to meet business requirements
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Must Haves**:

- Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution as a full-time student, and returning to full-time studies in September 2024.
- Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Business Management or a related filed
- Reliable; ability to work from home independently and unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills and foundational understanding of customer service
- Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Ability to design meaningful and visually appealing reports curated to the varying business requirements of many client groups

**Nice to Have but not mandatory**:

- Experience in Data Analytics and Visualization using SQL, Power BI and Excel
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience in effective Data Modelling
