**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the VP of Community Development, as well as the marketing and business development team, to provide solutions that support the needs of our customers.
- Attend meetings, events, and conferences to support the community development team and gain insight into customer needs.
- Research, source, and qualify new business development and find events or other opportunities to connect with key customers.
- Develop proposals, agreements, contracts, and other documents as required to support our customers in their development journey.
- Coordinate customer and stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track deliverables, and maintain accountability both internally and externally.
- Assist in establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of community development efforts within the design-build team.
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 3 years working in a coordinator role preferably within the residential construction industry.
- Independent, self-starter who takes initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively, remain flexible and adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Financial literacy is considered an asset.
