**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **One-on-One Coaching**: Conduct personalized coaching sessions for children to develop character skills and achieve personal goals.
- **Program Delivery**: Facilitate group workshops and on-demand training sessions for children, parents, and educators.
- **Goal Setting**: Collaborate with children and their parents to set achievable goals and design actionable plans for success.
- **Monitoring Progress**: Track and assess children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with parents, educators, and other team members to create a holistic support system for the child’s growth.
- **Content Creation**: Contribute to the development of coaching materials, activities, and resources aligned with Wholesome Character’s mission and values.
- **Ethical Practices**: Maintain confidentiality and ensure the well-being of every child during coaching sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Life Coaching, Child Coaching, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Background in child development, education, psychology, or related areas is a strong asset.
- Proven experience working with children (e.g., as a coach, teacher, mentor, or in a similar role).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with children and their families.
- Creative, energetic, and patient personality.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with Christian principles is a plus but not mandatory; must respect diverse beliefs.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week

Additional pay:
