**Major Duties**:

- Coordinate all traffic/transportation functions of outgoing courier packages and shipments at ASG Cambridge Systems facility.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Select, contract and execute cost effective and timely transportation requirements and prepare appropriate customs documentation and shipping information.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and processes on all North American and offshore export transactions.
- Interpret logistics provider/shipment data for cost and process improvements. Summarize and present findings.
- Create, generate and maintain supply chain metrics to include monthly reports for performance, freight and duty expenditures, carrier usage, etc.
- Perform freight invoice audit, resolve discrepancies and ensure rate schedules are current.
- Interact with ATS sites/departments, logistics providers, customers and vendors on transportation issues.
- The incumbent will also perform other duties as required.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A post-secondary diploma in logistics or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of transportation related experience.
- A background in all modes of transport is required.
- CITT or PLOG certification preferred.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with transportation management systems and/or working knowledge of SAP or JDE would be an asset.
- Ability to work across functions and departments in order to achieve optimal process efficiencies.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills with exacting attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and teambuilding skills.
