We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Labourer at our thriving concrete forming / restoration company. As a labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our skilled construction team in various tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and removal of concrete forms, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured.
- Carry and position construction materials, such as lumber, rebar, and concrete blocks, to the designated work areas.
- Help with the pouring, leveling, and smoothing of concrete, ensuring it adheres to the desired specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also being able to complete assigned tasks independently.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring high-quality results.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to tried and proven methods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job sites.
