**Position Overview**

**Primary Job Functions**
- Facilitate all warranty related issues including working with vendors and manufacturers to receive replacement parts
- Create and submit claims for numerous OEM's for trucks and trailers
- Reconcile all paid claims and follow up on unpaid claims monthly
- Process the return of warranty parts and cores in collaboration with the parts department
- Responsible for routing new procedures, recalls and other information to the service department
- Work with shop foreman, lead technicians and service advisors to complete the warranty process
- Complete and maintain current required training by OEM's

**Qualifications**
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
- Previous warranty experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
