We're pleased to partner with our client, a high-growth tech start-up, in their search for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for clients. The right person for the role is eager for an opportunity to establish industry-leading processes and drive impressive growth for affiliate campaigns.

**About the workplace**

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires working 3 days a week from the Vancouver, BC office.

**About the role**
- Grow the affiliate revenue for the brand and agency partners.
- Build out affiliate-influencer proofs of concept and best practices.
- Educate internal teams on best practices and day-to-day campaign management.
- Train and build a team of affiliate marketers as the segment and company grow.
- Build and update affiliate marketing SOPs as needed.
- Report on individual campaign performance and consolidated performance across the business.
- Monitor and manage network dashboards, using data to assess the success of programs.
- Optimize and oversee all affiliate partnerships and revenue for brands.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates.
- Provide product input on the platform to better drive, manage and measure affiliate programs.
- Serve as a thought leader for the company by creating blog posts, monthly newsletters, case studies and other educational content.
- Keep up to date on the industry, competitors and other relevant topics, using insights to improve or create new customer success strategies.

The salary range for the role is $75,000 - $100,000 plus benefits and other perks.

**About you**
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within a B2C company, performance marketing agency or network.
- Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
- Proven ability to test and refine affiliate campaigns to drive conversions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices, performance metrics, and industry standards.
- Experience with marketing channel tracking, reporting and attribution.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong systems thinker with a knack for evaluating data, drawing meaningful insights and making strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with Google Analytics.
- Experience with influencer marketing is an asset.
