**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of a Finance Communications Specialist**:

- Administrative Management: Provide administrative support to CFO and Corporate Controller: Manage outlook calendar and arrange meetings, plan and share team agendas, maintain key documents and records management (virtually and physically).
- Event Planning: Plan and execute special events and regular meetings for the finance function. Ensure continuity and clarity of messaging in support of Finance vision and roadmap. Ensure a high-level of participate engagement in all events, whether virtual or in-person.
- Update Digital F&C Assets: Sustain established communications vehicles, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant and play a defined role in supporting a cohesive strategy. These include the Finance webpages, org charts, distribution lists, and workplace group.
- Master of Visual Analytics: Maintain and update communications strategy for Finance. Identify new ways to bring Finance vision to life through communications approach and improve existing communication tools and channels.
- Other: Special projects as required.

**What will make you successful**:

- Completion of Post Secondary Degree (Communications is considered an asset)
- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant roles
- Up to 2 years of communications experience (internship, co-op) is considered an asset
- Exceptional proficiency in computer skills and service orientation desired
- Creative visualization of concepts is highly valued
