**Job Description**:
Experience Requirements:

- ** A University degree** in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college. _(An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)_
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

**Qualifications**:
Desired Skills & Assets:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience **mentoring product support teams** in the adoption and effective use of Azure DevOps.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience** building and automating CI/CD **pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with **programming and scripting** languages like: Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience using **Agile practices**, particularly Kanban.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience **configuring and deploying** changes to Software as a Solution (**SaaS**) environments.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience with configuring DevOps to **leverage automated testing**, such as Selenium, would be an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years **supporting a SaaS release management lifecycle**, with a focus on maintenance.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience with HP ALM Quality Center is considered to be an asset.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience with using and configuring BMC Remedy is considered to be an asset.
