Pearl Sushi is looking for an experienced Ethnic Food Cook to join the team. Our goal is to provide our customers with an authentic Japanese sushi cuisine from our services to customers to our tasty food

Title: Ethnic Food Cook
Terms: Full-Time, Permanent
Wage: $16.00 per hour
**Duties**:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Other duties assigned by chef or owner as appropriate
Qualifications, Skills, and Conditions:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Experience of 1 year or more in Sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment
- Handling heavy loads
- Physically demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
