- Produce preliminary plans for buildings, equipment or sites from reference drawings or catalogues;
- Participate in improving dynamic block libraries and other internal tools;
- Help more experienced colleagues with more complex tasks;
- When required, help prepare site surveys.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- Diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in Building or Industrial Drafting or a diploma of college studies (DCS) in Mechanical, Building Mechanics or Architectural Engineering;
- Three years of relevant work experience or less;
- Proficiency with AutoCAD;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Knowledge of Revit;
- Asset: knowledge of 3D software, such as SmartPlant 3D;
- Asset: bilingual (English and French).
