We are looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting (Fixed Term) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

- Possess complex accounting transaction skills and have working experience with multi-currency?
- Analytical and able to interpret various data sourced from a global business team?

As the Manager, Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting, you will be validating the integrity of quarterly reports from global business teams and consolidate the reports in preparation of the quarterly and year-end financial statements.

A Day in the Life
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements, including note preparation and reconciliations of other externally reported financial information in accordance with IFRS
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Assist with the quarterly reviews and year-end audit performed by the external audit team
- Assist with technical research and development of company-wide accounting policies
- Ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements
- This is a one year fixed term position
- Completion of a degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field. MBA preferred.
- CPA required.
- Minimum seven (7) years’ progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience and prior management experience.
- Experience with financial instruments and related transactions (IFRS 16, IFRS 2, derivatives etc.)
- ERP system (SAP S4/HANA, Blackline), consolidation system (OneStream) and financial reporting software (Workiva) experience

The hiring base salary range for this position is $92,100 to $101,310 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
