Ground Effects is looking for an
**Inventory Control Analyst** to support our team in Windsor, Ontario. The Inventory Control Analyst will account for the inventory control on the plant floor, assisting in cycle counting and reporting out on monthly performance indicators in preparation for various audit requirements. General accounting skills will be required to accurately ensure inventory are properly documented with data entry and reconciling billing collections. Ground Effects Ltd. has dedicated itself to excellence since 1986 and has evolved into a multi-faceted supplier of quality interior/exterior accessory components for the automotive industry and more.
- Assist with Inventory Management in the ERP System
- Ensure proper movement of inventory from work-in-progress to stock
- Ensure material issued to jobs is accurate
- Assist with Cycle Counting proactively
- Review inventory related transactions created by production/operations to maintain inventory accuracy
- Reconcile transactions related to jobs, inventory transfer, shipments, receipts, etc. to ensure timely data entry and collections from the plant floor.
- Create and reconcile shipping to ensure proper billings
- Assist with reconciling billings to customer receipts
- Monthly production/inventory measurable reporting
- Prepare information for various audit requirements
- Assist with Year End Inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years experience in general accounting, relating to Automotive Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality requirements.
- Must be timely.
- Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and proven accuracy.
- Must have and maintain an appropriate and valid Ontario Driver’s License.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
