**Position Objective**:
The **Regional Operations Manager** will be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our existing and new clinics. Leveraging strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, this role will oversee all aspects of clinic management, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage clinic operations, including overseeing daily schedules, patient flow, and staff coordination.
- Act as a key resource for staff providing patient care, ensuring they have the support they need to excel.
- Assist in the creation, refinement, and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in fiscal management, including billing, patient receipts, and ensuring accurate processing of insurance claims.
- Coordinate onboarding, development, and training for all team members to ensure high performance.
- Attend Head Office meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and fully operational.
- Manage administrative tasks such as patient records, physician sign-offs, and client renewals/discharges.
- Provide timely updates regarding patient conflicts, re-assessments, goal setting, and attendance.
- Maintain a client-first approach, resolving issues promptly and modeling exceptional service at all times.
- Coordinate patient reminders for upcoming appointments and necessary preparations.
- Manage inventory, order clinic supplies, and handle shipping/receiving of medical products.
- Uphold the values, brand, and professional image of the clinic, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all client paperwork, forms, and correspondence.
- Support additional clinic duties as required.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role within a health, service, or fitness environment (preferred).
- Excellent technical and computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for health and wellness, with a genuine belief in the value of improving client outcomes.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on business needs.
