We have an immediate need for a Computer Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in the end user support for the company computer systems. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Providing Tier1 Technical support for Information Systems and devices
- Assembling configuring/upgrading PCs and peripherals
- Installation of operating systems
- Troubleshooting PC issues
- Organizing and managing asset inventories
- Network cable termination and port configuration
- User management in Windows Active Directory
- Logical data access management

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology discipline
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of key networking concepts
- Experience working within a Microsoft Office environment including knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and technical data management skills
- Highly effective communications skills
- Proven ability to solve technical problems and make sound decisions
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge/understanding through study, instruction or experience
