**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead transformational operations projects
- Maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency
- Manage Food Safety Certifications including but not limited to HAACP, CFIA, FDA programs.
- Establish operational processes for Quality Assurance and Environmental Safety.
- Establish and Perform Quality Monitoring Processes
- Support Overall Cold Chain Solutions, Food Safety, and Quality.
- Conduct ongoing assessment of Food Safety Standards & Certifications
- Develop and execute plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as required
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regularly
- Implement creative solutions to various issues as they arise

**Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Education in a related field
- 1-2 years experience in supply chain
- 1-2 years experience in food & beverage quality assurance
- Comfortable with technology and software
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Commitment to meeting expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with multiple competing high priority initiatives
