**OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Brunos Signature. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to our recipes and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform delegated tasks from Head Chef
- Day to day food preparation of the industrial kitchen producing home meal replacements
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef
- Maintain a prep list of station duties
- Strictly adhere to food safety guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required by the Head such as ordering.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen is an asset
- Culinary diploma/degree is required. Red Seal or equivalent is and asset
- Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Positive attitude and direct communication skills
