Digital Marketing Executive

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and implement digital marketing strategies** for the U.S. expansion across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other relevant social channels.
- **Optimize existing advertising campaigns** in Canada, continuously improving performance metrics like CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- **Manage and monitor paid media campaigns**, ensuring they meet target KPIs and ROI goals.
- **Conduct market research** to identify audience trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth in the U.S. market.
- **Create and oversee campaign budgets**, ensuring cost-effective ad spending while maximizing reach and engagement.
- **Collaborate with creative and content teams** to produce high-quality, compelling ad creatives.
- **Analyze campaign performance** using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms to provide regular reporting and actionable insights.
- **A/B test and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages** for better performance.
- **Stay up to date on industry trends and algorithm changes** to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- **Work cross-functionally** with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in digital marketing**, with a strong focus on performance-based advertising.
- **Expertise in Google Ads** (search, display, video, and shopping campaigns), with a track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns.
- **Expertise in Meta Ads** (Facebook, Instagram), with hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing ads for both brand awareness and direct response.
- **Experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space**, ideally with a focus on driving e-commerce sales.
- **Familiarity with the furniture industry** or related verticals is highly desirable.
- **Strong analytical skills**, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- **Experience with A/B testing**, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- **Proficiency with digital marketing tools**, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting and analytics platforms.
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
