- West Island chicken rotisserie Bar-B-Q restaurant is looking for a full-time chef/cook, with experience, to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided - Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following food safety guidelines - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service - Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience working in the food service industry as a chef or cook - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Skills: - Food service experience - Knowledge of the food industry - Proficiency in meal preparation techniques - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to cook a variety of dishes - Experience in food preparation and handling - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools - Experience working in a restaurant or similar establishment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
