**Location**
This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements
**What You’ll Do**
To support with our global expansion, We are seeking a **Finance Analyst, Supply Chain** to join our finance team supporting international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work at the heart of the business. The primary focus of this opportunity will be to partner with the Supply Chain team and to be responsible for the forecasting, financial analysis and monthly reporting. This role will work across both Ready to Drink and Spirits categories.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Perform the Supply Chain month end processes, analysis and balance sheet management
- Assist in the preparation of the standard costs. Monitoring and report standard cost variances on a monthly basis
- Participate in the preparation of the forecasting cycle for Supply Chain (Annual & quarterly updates).
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor KPI’s and identity the cause of any unexpected supply chain variances.
- Business partner with the Supply Chain team.
- Invoice validation & coding.
- Ensure Supply Chain Finance procedures are appropriately documented
- Setup and monitoring of trackers to support the Supply Chain cost management
**What You’ll Bring**
- Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 2+ year PQE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance specialization or related field
- Experience with FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous experience working in a multinational fast paced environment

- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at one time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge
