Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Launder and iron clothing and linens as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
- Prepare meals as requested by clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management abilities to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Hospitality mindset to deliver high-quality service
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
