Q Residential is a growing apartment management company, focused on matching unique client needs and lifestyles, with well-appointed, secure and superbly maintained residences, in quality locations.

We are seeking a full-time Residential Cleaner at our residential building in Scarborough, Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Keep the building & grounds safe, clean & tidy
- Maintain and thoroughly clean lobbies, vestibules, laundry room, elevators, garbage chute and compactor rooms, washroom, hallways & stairwells, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors
- Clean vacant apartments as required
- Dust and damp wipe all furniture, clean all glass doors, windows, walls, and mirrors in the lobby area
- Maintain mail room cleaning and flyer removal
- Report all common area deficiencies
- Other tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Cleaning experience
- Maintenance skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Customer Service skills
