**OVERVIEW**:
The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Atlantic (CPHR Atlantic) combines multiple professional associations for human resource professionals in the Atlantic Region. With over 2000 members currently, the CPHR Atlantic Associations are the granting body of the national Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in the Atlantic region and a member association of CPHR Canada.

The Association is seeking a Coordinator responsible for serving the administration and coordination of multiple CPHR Atlantic Associations. The incumbent is member-facing and helps facilitate the many cyclical activities of the associations with the goal of first-class member relations and service delivery. The incumbent will coordinate multiple volunteers, staff, board members, and regular members across a broad and diverse geographic area.

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:
Works with multiple associations teams to increase membership engagement through excellent customer service, improving the member experience, and ensuring the integrity of the member data.

Provides customer/member service to:

- CPHR Newfoundland
- CPHR Nova Scotia
- CPHR Prince Edward Island
- CPHR New Brunswick

**Requirements**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The most significant responsibility in workload and impact is supporting multiple associations with their member's professional designation certification activities. This includes educating members on the pathways to the designation, assisting them through the paths, keeping records on the designation activities and designation holders activities, coordinating volunteers, communicating with members, and updating websites and other communication tools.
- Data management, including some financial records, member records, event registration records, renewal records, etc.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Member service mentality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Maintain a calm demeanour and problem-solve creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Word, Outlook, Excel background, exposure to MS Teams desirable
- Experience with web-based AMS or CRM membership database systems is strongly preferred
- Attention to detail
- Work occasional overtime as required

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
University Degree or College Diploma, 1-2 years association or database experience strongly preferred.

**START DATE AND COMPENSATION**:
The start date is negotiable, but no later October 2023. Compensation is in the range of $37,000 - 40,000 per year and over $4,000 in employer-paid benefits and RRSPs.
