The Leasing agent will be required to conduct but not limited to the following duties:

- Coordinate viewing with prospective tenants and provide 24-hour notice - Determine rental prices and adjust when needed
- Prepare new listings with description and pictures
- Tour prospective tenants through the building
- Administer property management database systems
- Tenant screening and approvals
- Create records of contractual obligations; tenancy agreements, renewals, and other documentation
- Liaise with prospective tenants, building operators, accounting department, and other key personnel
- Coordinate tenant access and programming system
- Attend to potential and current tenant queries
- Coordinate keys and programming systems
- Coordinate move-in schedules
- Assist with property condition inspections

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $800.00-$2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2023-01-03
