We have been a small, locally-owned, industry-leading specialty construction/mechanical company since 1979. We are pursuing a Project Coordinator with a municipal or mechanical background. You will report directly to the Project Managers, and owners where, in real-time, problems get solved, and questions get answered. **Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Book jobs in our project management software (SiteMax) and assist with crew coordination.
- Price jobs with the use of project estimating Software (Quickbooks).
- Assign inventory to specific projects and order new stock as required through our PO system (Quickbooks).
- Set up material transportation with various courier or transport companies.
- Review and maintain Hydrant reporting logs.
- Assist the Safety Officer with completion of site specific documentation.
- Reviewing EDL logs and follow up with driver for any inconsistencies, as required.
- E-mail clients technical job information such as shop drawings, typical specifications and instructional videos.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Monitor the status of crews to assist with schedule prioritization.
- Assist the accounting team with billing.
- Support the engineering and special projects team with bids.
- Duties as assigned.
- Perform Inventory Counts and order inventory to maintain basic stock levels

**Skills**
- Previous experience as dispatcher or project cordinator position preferred.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical and civil underground construction is beneficial.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in the following types of software:

- Office365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, OneDrive, Etc)
- Project Management (SiteMax) or Dispatching Software
- Estimating and Billing Software (Quickbooks)
- Customer Relationship Management (HubSpot)
- Proficient data entry.
- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused problem solver.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
